Bathroom Remodeling in Greensboro & the Triad

Built right, from the floor up.

Complete bathroom remodels, tile showers, and subfloor repair for homeowners in Greensboro, Browns Summit, and nearby Triad communities—with the structure, waterproofing, tilework, and finish details handled in the right order.

Bathroom Remodeling From Start to Finish

A bathroom remodel brings the whole room together—from removing worn-out materials and repairing hidden damage to updating the fixtures, flooring, walls, and finishing touches. I work with you to decide what needs to change and what can stay, whether you want a focused update or a more complete bathroom renovation.

Your project can include a shower or tub surround, tile or luxury vinyl plank flooring, a replacement toilet, drywall repairs, painting, trim, and replacement of existing light fixtures. I also install vanities, with the size and access considered before we choose one. Each part is planned to work together and suit the way you use your bathroom.

Built Right From the Start

A bathroom remodel needs a solid foundation. Once the old materials are removed, I inspect the exposed subfloor and framing and address any damage before new flooring or tile goes down.

Proper preparation, a stable floor, and carefully waterproofed shower areas are what help the finished bathroom hold up over time.

Bathroom Remodeling Questions

What can be included in my bathroom remodel?

Your remodel can include a shower or tub surround, new flooring, a vanity, a replacement toilet, drywall repairs, painting, trim, and replacement of existing light fixtures. We will walk through your bathroom and agree on the work that fits your space and goals.

Can I update part of my bathroom and keep the rest?

Yes. You may only need to replace worn fixtures, refresh the walls and trim, or update the flooring. We can discuss what is worth keeping and what needs attention before deciding on the scope of your remodel.

Do you install bathroom flooring other than tile?

Yes. I install tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring. We can discuss an appropriate flooring product for your bathroom, along with the condition of the subfloor and the preparation it needs.

Can you install a new vanity and toilet?

Yes. Vanity and toilet installation can be included as part of your bathroom remodel. We’ll discuss the size, layout, access, and other project details so the fixtures selected are appropriate for the space.

What happens if you find water damage?

If tear-out reveals damaged subfloor or framing, I discuss the findings and necessary repairs with you before covering anything up. A sound base comes before new flooring and the finished bathroom.

Do I need to choose all my materials before contacting you?

No. We can start with your existing bathroom, the changes you want, and your priorities. Then we can talk through flooring, fixtures, the vanity, and finishes that work together.

Owner Operated From Start to Finish

When you hire Floors ’N More, you deal directly with me from the estimate through the finished job. I am the owner, and I am also the one doing the work.

We can talk through what needs to change, what you want to keep, and the details that matter most to you. I stay involved throughout the project and take responsibility for the quality of my work.

Bathroom Options & Details

Every bathroom is a little different. Tile sizes and layouts, niches, benches, tub surrounds, flooring, and trim details all help shape how the room looks and works.

The goal is to make those choices work together and build a bathroom that fits your space and the way you use it.

Subfloor Repair Before New Flooring

Soft spots, water damage, and uneven areas need attention before they are covered with new flooring. I look for the cause, remove compromised material, and repair the floor and supporting structure as needed.

A flat, stable base helps the finished tile or flooring look better and perform the way it should.

A Clear Remodeling Process

Meet, measure, and discuss. We start by looking at your existing bathroom, taking measurements, and discussing what you want to change and what you want from the finished space.

Review the estimate and scope. I provide an estimate based on the work discussed. Once you decide to move forward, we confirm the project scope and get your remodel scheduled.

Open up and assess. Once the project begins, tear-out exposes the surfaces and structure underneath. If hidden water damage, subfloor problems, or other issues are discovered, I discuss them with you before additional repairs are made.

Repair and prepare. Necessary repairs, surface preparation, shower waterproofing, and other groundwork are completed before the finish work goes in.

Install and finish. Flooring, tile, vanity, toilet, fixtures, trim, painting, and other agreed-upon finish work bring the bathroom together.
